h22type s and h22 valve train?

h22type s and h22 valve train?
how can Itell te diffrence between a type S valve train and a stock h22a valve train(cams,spings,valves,etc) any help would be apriciated 
is there any thing you have to do to put type S valve train on a stock h22a.(do i have to change dizzy ar any other things)

no you don't have to do anything to fit the type-s cams in an h22a. Stock valvetrain is fine. dizzy is fine.
And sorry I don't know how you can tell the difference. The member iakona is selling type-s cams maybe ask him?
