Damnit, I remember a thread recently of someone knowing where to have it done. They had a pic of one, looked vacuum bagged and everything, all smooth inside and out.
I want to say it was someone @ Full race, like maybe Geoff but I'm not sure.

you can always get c/f sleeves and use a bladder to make them with a mold
