Default Timing Belt?????

Timing Belts...are after market belts really any "better" than oem from dealer? I have been driving my car hard(touge and and soon track days), and dont want the chance of snapping. Do I have a legitimate concern?

YOUR FROM THE BAY?
did u type like that deliberately? cus i cannot understand that at all. being a new useryour gonna get flamed........but after market timing belts are garbage. the oem timing belts are actually better, as they are engineered for the car specifically, an aftermarket one will not have the exact same properties as an oem. Something as important as timing, which can cause lots of issues and also make your engine rest in peace id stick with the higher quality one!!!!!! u get what u pay for!! t belts are important.
