Ls_V_TurboSi? is he a scammer?

I bought a quarter panel from him weeks ago and paid with paypal, he said he was gonna ship it out 2 weeks ago. I haven't got it and he won't return my emails. has any one else dealt with him?

PM him and post up in the poss scammer list if thats still around.

yeah he hasn't replied to my PM's either. kinda sucks cause my body work is being held up because I haven't gotten the quarter panel yet.

YES HES A SCAMMER...he jus tried to scam me out of $100 on paypal...i JUST sent in a complaint to paypal about him....BUYERS BEWARE
