1988 CRX SI Cold Weather Starts
Here is the deal. I picked up a beater and I am getting it into shape to resell for a profit while I learn a thing or 2. Fun project and all.
After a host of problems solved, I got it to the point where it would start on a regular basis. I live in the NE. We got dumped on this past weekend with 18 inches of snow. The car was parked in front of my Ridgeline and Prelude. I had to start it to finish cleaning the driveway and no matter what I did it would not start. Eventually I drove over the lawn with the Ridgeline and pushed it up the driveway so I could finish shoveling.
Any idea what would cause the car to start and run just fine @ 2pm on Saturday and refuse to start 24 hours later on Sunday. The car was on a slope but I doubt that had anything to do. Any non-flaming help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

To get a more educated guesses you might want to describe what is does as far as it starting (does it turn over?? does it make a clicking sound?? does it even attempt to start??)
But i'll try to save you some time...since this is honda-tech alot of people are going to jump on the "MAIN RELAY Bandwagon" and tell you its your MAIN RELAY.
I would search Main Relay in archived posts see if the symptoms are similar to yours the try swapping it out if the symptoms match.
you might also want to check out your ignition switch i had 2 crxs that would start "when they wanted to" I thought it was a main relay as everyone said it was but it was the ignition switch for both of my CRX's.
Good Luck and let us know how it goes

Thanks man.
#1, Main Relay IT is not that as it was already swapped out.
#2, Ignition switch. I do not think it is that as it turns over everytime without a hitch. Evern tries to start. Soemtimes it will even start but will not stay running.
Let me know if you want to know anythign else.
