Default P28 ECU

Alright I have this Del Sol that is throwing cel codes 19 and 41. Im kinda under the impression that I have an automatic transmission ECU. Code 19 is Automatic Transmission lock up control valve, and code 41 is primary oxygen snesor heater. But i might be reading the second code wrong but it could be 31, i kinda remember hearing that there is supposed to be an extra flash in between codes. Is there anyway to convert this ecu to a manual without switching Ecus? Any info would be great. Does someone have a link to a complete PIN out for this ECU. I have some extra wires hanging from it and am curious as to where they are supposed to go.
