i ve got a 2001 GSX-R 1000, it's on a rebuilt title, charcaol and black, a full yosh tri oval system, power commander, velocity stacks, greggs flush mounts, euro bikes undertail, some polished billet wheels, new tires, new chain and gears, zero gravity screen, and a chromed swingarm, one side it scratched up from being laid down but other than that its pretty clean. its got like 5500 miles on it. just wondering what would be a good price to ask for it.

I'd say a mint condition '01 Gixxer w/5,500 miles is worth about $7000. Minus $1000 for the imperfect title. Then maybe around $1000 for the scarred plastics and misc.

 

so around $5000??

 

I think they have depreciated a bit more; all the 01-03 gsxr 1000's around here (midwest) are no more than $6ish. CA will always be a grand or so more.
