When my lights are on low beam they are fine, when i click to highs the passanger side goes dim. I thought maybe it was the headlight itself so I swapped them around, still the same thing. What would cause the light to go dim when you click the high beams on? Also I havent heard the fans running on the car either, what could cause that. I replaced a fuse that was blown under the hood, i have no idea what it went to because they dont have a list on the fuse box cover that tells you. Any ideas?

 

check your relays.
Did you check the wiring for any open wire? Shorts?
I would say its teh relays is teh problem.

 

I cant figure out which relay under the hood goes to the damn fans because there are no markings on the fuse box that tell me lol.

No idea on what would make the headlight dim?

 

The fuse box cover is supposed to have a decal on it showing the diagram.......apparently its gone...but it sounds like a relay to me.....Are you a member of preludepower.com??...if not you need to be.....The site has the most 3rd gen support than any other site.....
