I am looking at a 1994 SI hatch, as a project car, but don't know much about the motor. It has a D.O. 6, supposedly shipped from Japan, and has approximately 60K miles on it. If at all, could someone please fill me in on this motor.

i think your phone sucks. its most likely a zc. there is a single cam vtec one and a dohc nonvtec zc. my guess is sohc one, which is similar to a z6
