yea i know this isnt where i'm supposed to put this but nobody responds in the wanted section. so if anybody has any rear quarter panels for a 1987 SI i'd love to buy them from you. if by any chance somebody has new ones i'll pay a lot of money for them.

yea but i cant just title it "parts wanted" or like 50 people will bitch at me for not puting it in the wanted section. i live in michigan, it would be nothing short of a miracle to find a 20 year foreign car in a junk yard that is not completely rusted to hell. especially the quarter panels.

i've spent numerous hours using ebay and google and other search engines on the internet and have found absolutely nothing. i called the dealership and they told me i could buy them but they cost roughly 600 a piece shipped from japan but they were backordered. backordered quickly turned into discontinued.

 

why do you want to restore a 87 si? Do you not want a new lude?

 

yea i love my 87 its old school and like you hardly ever see one that old in good condition. i dont have money to buy a new one iether. i like how roomy and open they are on the inside. i'm going to rebuild the engine also after i get the body work done, so its going to be a pretty nice car when i'm finished.
