Unfortunately my front end is shaved. I already purchased a new front emblem and will have to remove the pegs.

My concern is getting the emblem on in the correct spot.

Can someone with a USDM front end and emblem post some measurements, or perhaps a printable template of some sort ?

 

I've never seen a template, but that would be nice.
I had the same problem sort of.
The body shop gave me my car back and had not received the badge, so some wise guy filled in the holes, and painted over them.
I made them drill the holes out. They took the front off and did it from the inside...
Maybe theres markings on the inside where the holes are supposed to be?
I have a badge missing its posts and almost tried to put it on that way, but decided against it.

 

Remove the bumper and maybe you will see the old holes and then you can get an 1/8 drill bit and have her in the correct spot. Its a long shot but worth a try.
