Auto ecu to manual?

I have an Automatic PO6 Ecu, can it be changed over to Manual P28 SOHC Vtec spec? If yes who can do it for a reasonable price?

I'm not sure about a PO6 -> P28 ... But as for an Auto -> Manual (on a P28 ECU) you have to do some soldering on the R17 and R18 components on the ECU.
