Default Need an opinion

My buddy has this 91 civic hatch with a DOHC ZC swap with like 30k miles or so on it, 5spd swap, nothing else done to it but that, how much would you pay for this car? He's wanting 1900, but i'm wanting to maybe talk him down a bit, and need to see what a reasonable price would be to talk him down to.

If rust free and no major problems, then his asking price is very fair. If it is rusty, you should talk him down to 1500ish IMO.

its got a little rist where every hond i've ever seen in my state rusts out, i have a saturn now, but its unreliable and has 184k miles on it, it's pretty quick, but i'm sick of messing with it, and i'd like another civic hatch, my last one got totaled.
