Default Where to place a HELP WANTED ad or thread..

Where would I put a thread about needing another mechanic at my shop in alabama? There is no section here on HT for this but guys that hang in this area are what I am looking for.

Some one with import mechanical experience and their OWN TOOLS. Salary depends on experience. Dyno experience helpful.

Good idea. Maybe sticky a thread similar to "race cars/parts for sale" at the top of this section.

you mean you can't commute 9 hours each way? that would be like me getting a job in DC even though its only 30 miles away hahaha

This position would most likely require someone to move.

I think this board needs a help wanted section for jobs and resumes.

So does anyone need a job, we are turning away enough work to make someone a good living.

Damn Joe thats a good idea.

here is what I want. Someone who can do what needs to be done and not bitch, so I can go racing. I have a great manager and installers who do an excellent job but I just need another good mechanic. The pay is great but I need a qualified person not a check collector/clock jockey(person who rides the clock).

i would take you up on it,but i just landed a pretty good job that would be
hard to pass up.

i think when a person applys for a job w/a company they should do what there
told to do.none of this i'm not gonna do this or that.if they did say they weren't gonna do it"tell them to hit the door the first time" if not they will continue to
tell you what to do.tracey i know you are a kind hearted person and will help any
body.but do not allow yourself to be treated like an employee when in fact you are the employer.

if i did not have this job.i would be knocking at your door? because i LOVE DOING QUAILTY AND TOP NOTCH WORK....and if you treat some one right the first time they will tell some one and so on and that is how you build a buisness.

harv
