Default type r exhaust on 94 gsr (need clarification)

i have a 94 gsr with a powercore header and cat(i think the collector is 2.5 inches). i needed clarification on fit. does the bpipe only need to be lengthened if your using a stock cat? i bought the rear section, bpipe, and cat, so does the bpipe still need to be extended?

i believe so; the headers are also different lengths between 94-99 gsrs and 94-01 everything else. gsr headers are shorter.
