we have to cage our car within the next four weeks or we can't run any info and PICS would be grately appreciated..


please help, i can't let my wife miss the start of the season she justy got done building the new motor and tranny herself....


any starting poiunts where to weld where the rear bars connect,etc. please help

 

I'd like to see this to. I wanting to know how they run the rear bars. NDRA told me I couldnt run them threw the rear window in street class.

yp Jasen Penman is one the only guys running a Del sol in competition today.

Ya I remember HArry Sohn as well, but havent seen his car in many races last year so I dont know if he was still active.

 

try calling Kerry at Ken's Custom Chassis..they got that stuff in stock

We are still active, we had made some changes in 05 and had some problems so we did not get to many events. The car will be back out this season running NDRA in the Pro 4 Cylinder class as well as some other events in 06.

And I know they just bent a cage for a del sol last week.

 

any chance for some cage pointers and pics please guys i'm stressing out about getting it done

The best thibg to do is to get rid of the electric motor for the rear window and make the window stationary..... Then run the rear bars right under the glass.... This will accomidate the 30 degrees that is need for the rear bars..... Again I will take more pic tonight for you....

wewould like to get where your at but hard to get sponsors and whatnot

 

how did you get the window to say? I got a few ideas but maybe I should lis'n tosomeone whos already did it.

I remember you... You were down here in Vegas during the last NHRA... Nice run!

 

I got mine from S & W ..... Still in the process of having it installed though
