Hole in the Clear Coat

My clear coat is chipped in 2 spots on my fender and its starting to get bigger.
Anyone know how I can fix this? or do I have to get a brand new paintjob .

Body shops can just respray clearcoat and not mess w/ paint layer.

You can buy clear touch-up too. Clearcoat is an appearance item to a greater extent than the base color coat, and touchup will stand out
