i was just wondering if the suzuki vitara pistons were forged or if they are cast. thanks.

they're not forged....just cast but the reason people use them is because the lower your compression greatly (like 8:1) allowing people to boost more/make more power. they are also compatable with forged rods meaning that a forged rod/vitara combo can make some decent power on a budget.

 

They're cast and we can let this thread die before the haters get in on it.
