Unfortunately no. The whells from the '91 Accord won't fit the Civic. It goes like this:

Honda Accord 1982-1989 (4x100mm / HPO / 12x1.5 Lug nut / 56.10mm Bore)
Honda Accord 1990-1997 (4x114.3mm / HPO / 12x1.5 Lug-nut / 64.10mm Bore)
Honda Accord 4-cyl 1998-up (4x114.3mm / HPO / 12x1.5 Lug-nut / 64.10mm Bore)
Honda Accord 6-cyl 1998-up (5x114.3mm / HPO / 12x1.5 Lug-nut . 64.10mm Bore)
Honda Civic 80-2002-up (4x100mm / HPO / 12x1.5 Lug-nut / 56.10mm Bore)
Honda CRV 1998-up (5x114.3mm / HPO / 12x1.5 Lug-nut)
Honda CRX 1982-1993 (4x100mm / HPO / 12x1.5 Lug-nut / 56.10mm Bore)
Honda Prelude 1982-1991 (4x100mm / HPO / 12x1.5 Lug-nut / 56.10mm Bore)
Honda Prelude 1992-1996 (4x114.3mm / HPO / 12x1.5 Lug-nut / 64.10mm Bore)

is your wheel dual drilled? some of the aftermarket wheels are dual drilled, a dual drilled wheel have more than 1 PCD pattern.

for example

114.3x4 with 100x4

 

This is true. If the wheels have 8 holes they are usually drilled for the 114.3 and 100 patterns.

 

I do believe it is dual drilled.
