i think it depends on what you wanna do with the car, if your autocross or drag race.

probably best to ask in the fabrication section.

i have a bolt in autopower. good for road racing, not okay for nhra.

i think to run sub 11.49 u need a six point cage. How do you like your autopower, i was thinking about buying one and adding the bars to the floor to make it a 6pnt

now i like it..... but when i first put it in, the crx felt very twitchy....

but now i love it.... better than any strut bar combo you can buy.

i think im going to have it welded in now.

the bigest differance will be the door bars. if your not fast enough at the drag strip to require a cage and dont think your going to be in the future, do a cage thats more for road racing. personally, i would just do a rollbar until you NEED a cage for wheel to wheel racing or 11.99 and faster drag racing. driving around with a cage on the street is asking for a bumped noggen.

Search in the autocross/roadracing forum.
Decide what you want to do exactly then find the rules on what kind of cage etc..
Most roadrace cages pipe is based on weight of vehicle most rules state 1.5" X .095 wall thickness.
