50 shot good or bad?

i go to the track everyweek for the last year spraying a 50 shot on my stock gsr
i go through at least 4 bottles a month, havent hade 1 prob yet.
the few things u need to do is upgrade your fuel pump get a aem or holly fuel pressure reg, get the ngk 6 plug, its for faster driving ( it took .4 off my 1/4 mile)
& if u want traction buy a quaif. & oh have fun
i run 13.6 all night with this setup. it suprises alot of people
i go through at least 4 bottles a month, havent hade 1 prob yet.

well if you read in your owners manual it says to actually use them 7s for high speed driving so im sayin why not use them just for safetys sake. They want be too cold of a plug newayz

hey believe what u want but i am running the same set up as u & i know what worked & what didnt work. ngk7 is 2steps to cool. ngk6 is 1step thats what u need.
a reg ngk5 is normal & u will burn the plug up. fuel pump, fuel reg, 2degree timing
retarded is all u need. i told u my times so where can u go wrong & its totaly reliable not 1 prob yet. u decide.

car is still running today...just read thru the threads.you are spraying more like a 30 shot when taking the timing out like you did,but hey if you like being slow and conservative w/nitrous thats ok to.

No owners manual as in the HONDA manual that comes with the car possibly this is different in my car i have the prelude h23 it says use the 6s but 7s are recommended for the highspeed driving

To answer your question a 50 shot is good, I would listen to 1700dropping no timming retard is nessasary for a 50 shot. I am assuming it is a dry shot and if it is a zex kit you dont need anything but a colder plug
imo you r wasting your time with a 50 shot

if it is a daily driver & he wants it reliable 75 max. ive seen manny motors go with 100. thats all i am trying to get across. hey my 50 might be a 30 with the timing but my stock motor gets 13.6s all night so im happy

Not trying to jack his thread but, with a zex kit you only need colder plugs? I want to run the 65 shot. What is needed to do that? Im new to nitrous and want it to run good and as safe as possilbe

colder plugs stop the plug from burning up & also will lower your 1/4 mil by about 0.2. ( it took 0.4 off my 1/4 mile consistant)i went from ngk5 to ngk BKR6E-11 stock # 2756 ( these are the ngk v-power & i havent burnt one yet) as for the reg ngk5 & iridium plugs i can only go to the track twice & then at least one plug melts up.
aslo all nitrous dealers recommend retarding timing 2degres for every 50shot. this ruduces the risk of detination witch causes enigine failure. thats why so manny peepz have hurt motor they dont do that. u want a <U> safest reliable </U> motor u retard timing. plain & simple

You do not need colder plug for a 50-75 shot and you do not need to retard the timing.
50 shot will be fine you can spray that going to the corner store.
