Default Switching to OBD1 (Hondata?)

I have to switch to OBD1 because the ECU that i have now is not the right one for my motor (B18c1) i think my ECU is OBD0. One of my choice is to get the custom ECU, ECU adapter, and dizzy adapter off locashracing.com. Another option would be to get a used OBD1 ECU from a junk yard and getting a hondata system that way I could program it how i wanted. What does everyone think i should do and what wold be the best choice.

it is OBD0 but i have a B18c1 motor so it needs to be ODB1. It runs but does not idle good and stalls alot.

So are you running a Vtec Motor with a non vtec ECU? What was your car to begin with? did you have Vtec originally? If your car was not Vtec to start: Did you run the wires for the knock sensor? If you run the P72 you need to run additional wires. It just depends on what all you have.
