HONDA: Vehicle Buyback Notice . WTF??
i just got in mail.
it says, Dick Hannah honda is offering up to 45% of the original MSRP** of your current vehicle! Due to the precious overwhelming response to this Vehicle Buyback offer, we encourage calling for resercation.............
No Negotiation Necessary!
Thats' right, you can get back more for your vehicle
than you ever though possible!!

I would say that is BS. Sounds like they want you to trade in your car and they'll give you up to 45% of the original value. It's just a marketing gimmick to get customers in looking at new cars. Trash it.

yup, I got one about 6months after buying my car froma dealership.
Basically saying the same thing, come in and we garauntee to buy your car back.
Its just a scam to get you to buy a new car. I'd say ditch it.
But it is an honest offer, I called my dealership about it.

i got one of those from a honda dealership after i brought my DA in for service...
if i took 45% of the value of my DA... then i'd loose alot of money, so i trashed it.
i guess if you had a newer stock vehicle and you were interested in a new car, it'd be a good deal.

sounds to me as if its just worded to sound good, anybody can offer you that they will pay you UP TO a certain amount. doesnt mean they will actually give you 45% they might be giving you 2% yet still live up to what they advertised.
