1. im not buying it
2. even if i were. with a new rsx, and my living in NY, and your title search producing results stating that the car is in cali - that would be i have 2 residences? i think at that stage the last thing id worry about is a carfax report.
3. may be a benz, but not always a money (ie- outright purchase) issue.
