I didn't think it had throttle plates at first because of the way you have built them. They look very clean and simple. Excellent work!

thanks guys! yeah i got 2 springs tucked away in there too on each side of the throttle arm.

Did you make the butterfly plate too or did you buy them? I just thought it would be difficult to size it exactly right. Also where did you get the air tight bearings?

the blades are very easy to make. im running about a .001 per side clearance and im using bronze bushings instead of bearings. yeah they will leak a little but not enough to matter. i should be able to close it up tight enough to kill the motor if i wanted to.
when i build single tb's i do use bearings and then a seal similiar to an oil seal on the outside of the bearing. the tps end is still a bushing but the tps sensor itself uses a gasket so that traps the remaing air.
since this manifold doesnt use idle air control the butterflies will have to be cracked open a bit just to get it to idle so any air that would leak through the bushing isnt gonna hurt anything.
