I was wondering if anyone had ever heard on hondamotorsonline, and if anyone can give me some feedback on this site. Im trying to get my swap going in my HF and they have the best price around for the whole swap. Any info on these guys would be helpful. thanks

 

Bought my motor from them and was very pleased. The motor came complete and in great condition. It runs very strong and overall I was happy with the price, service and product.

No, I didn't get the mounts since I was using an aftermarket mount kit(hasport). I got a shift linkage with it but I decided to go with the hasport linkage also because I got a deal on the hasport package and I did not have access to a welder to cut-and-weld a new linkage.

 

HMO has the best prices online right now for b16's.

 

From what I've seen watching these posts, H.M.O. seems to be the best place to get quality and service. When they advertise "complete" swaps with mounts, they mean the factory jdm mounts that DO NOT fit U.S. civics. You do still need to get aftermarket mounts unless you want to do a bunch of welding. And someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but i believe you have to get different axles too (If you have a dumb counter person at the parts store, you can get him to take the jdm ones in as cores.) Plus the shift linkage needs to be redone and some wiring work is still needed. So, although HMO does have one of the most complete packages out there, they're still not "complete"
