i am looking for info on either of the parts listed in the title... if you have used the parts or have any knowledge of them could you help me out? i'm looking for web sites/personal experience or anything. the parts are for an ls/vtec(b16a head) that i am currently building, thanks for your help.

 

com'on somebodys gotta know something, its not that lame of a question is it? we have people on this page asking every day how much it cost to do ls/vtec sorry just venting
