bent valves

ok im looking a b16 cylinder head and they say that "1st 4 valves bent from cylinder # 1 intake & exhaust " now i will replace these obviolsly but once i replace them will be ok to go from there right

or since im having a hard time finding a cylinder head does anyone one know someone who is selling thier head
