Default Rear Suspension Problem

Every time I take the corners hard on my car, I hear the rear suspensions creak a lot. after about 5-10 hard corners, I would hear a lot of creaks and noises coming from the back even if I turn normally. Also a ticking/rattling sound appears(kinda like a metal ball bearing which is rolling freely in a small metal box making rattling sound).

But all of this noise will go away probably after 3-5 hours of parking my car. If I drive it even harder, It will take longer before the noises disappears........

Im not sure what is wrong, or is it normal? Im not sure how the suspension assembly is designed, I might take a peek at it tonight. You guys got a clue?

either blown shocks, or perhaps the bushings or sway bar endlinks are shot

Bushings wont be shot. Just installed th ITR sway bar and used new d bracket and endlink bushings. Or are you talking about the metal part on the lower control arms?

dont feel bad. my car is an 01 gsr and i did type r suspension conversion on it. i blew a new shock in less than 8000 miles. open the trunk and press down on it. if you hear like a "watery" sound or bad creaking its prolly the shocks or shock
