Will the ep3 or s2k wheel be a direct fit on a 98 EK. IF not what is needed. Also will i be able to retain the airbag and will it still be able to work safely?

 

EP3 and s2k are 5lug
98 EK is 4lug unless you have an 98 ek9

so no its not gonna work

 

He means the steering wheel., and i would like to know as well

 

heh yea i meant steering wheel sorry. I formerly had a ep3 so i no what lug patterns they are lol. And 02-03 are the same 4X100 but the 04-05 like i had are 5X114.3

Both are direct fit, but the S2K airbag is only one that is plug and play. You will need the JDM/EDM EP3 airbag in order to be PnP. The USDM EP3 airbag has the dual stage deployment and the JDM/EDM ones are single like the EK.
