Hey guys, i'm running freaken rich and my ehxaust turns my bumper all black. i'm thinking of making those plates, like race cars, that go on the bumper. I know people make em for Evos. but any ideas on what to make it with? has anyone tried and has pics of the thing? anyone know what is the best way to make it fit with the curves and stuff? k Post on!
I'll try and get pics of mine up. I just bought a piece of 20 ga. Al. and cut it to the square size I needed and bent it over a table edge to get the proper shape. Then i drilled some holes in it, layed it on the bumper, drilled holes in the bumper and riveted everything together. I then scribed a circle in it for my muffler and cut it out. I cut my bumper away a little to get my muffler tucked in behind the bumper. It turned out very very clean and works like a charm.
