Default B20 or b18b build

Im planning to build motor.
is going to be all motor.
i want to go at least 85.00 mm on either one.
i have a choice.
get the b18b and sleeve it to 85mm or get the b20 and bore it to 85mm.
but i heard the the b20 stock sleeve aren't that strong for all motor.
im planning to go arond 12.5 or 13.0 in compression ratio.

Use LS rods. GSR and LS have the same deck height. If you use GSR rods on an LS crank, they will be too long; so stick to the LS rods.
