Springs or Coilovers
Coilovers are good. BUT honestly speaking, how often does the average coilover owner adjust their height/damping level? Other than making their car look crazy low for a show and raising it up after the show is over, so that they can make their trip back home.
Other than that, i dont really see the point of it. ****, i got a decent set of coilovers on my car. but i had never touched the settings ever since i had fine tuned it after my first inital install.
for less money, i coulda spent it on awesome spring rate/shock combo. install it once and forget about it. depending on driving style, i would adjust the dampening.

I agree with yo to an extent.
however, just to know that I have the OPTION of adjusting the height or damping if it comes down to it one day, makes me vote for coils.
its like,id rather need it and not have it,than need it and not have it?
however,if you KNOW that you have zero desire to slam ur car,or adjust anything,I would definetly go with the springs.

i agree also with you 100%
but dang, i cant remember the last time i had raised/lower my car.
knowing that its a bitch in a half to take out all the wheels off. adjust the height.. measure. put wheels back on. put car on floor. just to find out that one side is higher/lower than the other. then having to repeat the whole process again to get it right... THEN, having to do it all over again to the rear....
For future reference, i know i will opt for a decent set of spring/shock combo.
SEt it and forget it.

the i guess that answers your question. coilovers for you
but, IMO slamming your ride may look cool. but i think its highly unpractical. Dumping it to such a low height kills your handling characteristics and make a normal day through town a headache.
but you do what you gotta do. props for whatever choice you make.
(MOD, remove if need be)
looks HOT, but how on earth does this girl drive HER car??? looks like there is NO shock travel what so ever. and looks like its rubbing the inner fender as we speak

i think that its a girls car.
, but go with a full body coilover

at the end of the day, 90% of hondas are slow, so owners usually spend their money on making them look good. They obviously think having an ultra low car looks good, practical or not.
Does anyone have these? Should I get them??

coilovers such as sleeves alone or the whole setup? If it's just sleeves, then NO, go with springs. If you are getting a full coilover set like a tein package than go for it. Coilovers tends to give a bouncy ride versus springs.
if you are concerned about the ride quality, you should be fine with the tein basics. its their entry level coilover setup.. so you cant really expect too much from it. over all, its great for the money.
for a couple hundred dollars more, i would opt for they Super Street coilover setup. you can play with the shock dampers. where as you are unable to with the tein basics.
