Default What thickness do you recommend for an aluminum intake manifold?

Hey,
I'm getting ready to build an intake manifold for my engine, I want to make it out of aluminum sheet metal. What thickness do you recommend for this? It will be turbocharged eventually and I intend to weld it myself once I get my TIG, it will be my first real TIG welding project after I've practiced for a while.

Thanks!
allen

1/8 " is what we use, easy to weld and not too heavey. TB flange should be at least 3/8" to hold a thead and stay true.
