Do any1 know how to convert ls harness to vtec harness?

you only need 1 4 wire o2 sensor not a 2nd o2 sensor thats obd2... plus you will need a conversion harness and a distrubutor plug adapter
plus i dont even know if an ls harness will work but i dont see why not... can anybody confirm?
