Default what radiator options do I have?

So after going through my 3rd plastic/composit (the non aluminum type) radiator. I'm thinking it's time for an aluminum and a new thermostat. My car is a 96 s with an h22 swap. The radiators I had before were for the S model, which I'm hoping is why they didn't last.

My question is will a radiator for the vtec model be a "bolt-on" installation? Or do I need to purchase one for the S model?

H22/H23 radiator will drop right in, i dunno if its bigger though(holds more). The Automatic radiators are larger but you need to plug the auto cooler lines. All honda oem radiators use plastic, look for an aftermarket perdy one, maybe fluidyne makes one.

the bolt mounts for the fan are different on the h22 and h23 radiators.....i made the mistake of getting a a/c fan for the h23....so i have a new one in my garage if anyone needs one

oh and i have the koyo....very big like twice the size of stock
i bought a Spal low profile fan because the front motor mount was in the way of my stock one

If you wanna do a little fabbing, you can mount a VTEC civic dual core half size, I did this making a little room for a turbo, No overheating issues at all.

i went with a autozone h22 read wich is bigger by 1 core than the h23, and for the fans i cut the metal brackets on the Ac fan the re-welded them where they should be and for the plastic 3 bolts lined up than i stuck a soft cushiny type bushing behing it so nothign would rub.
