b16b is a civic type R motor
im not sure what kind of car you got. but by judging the motor you got now i think you have a 96-00 civic if im not mistakin
let us know what kind of car you have
you could get close to your goal if you got a strong motor

screw a $4000 swap, throw a $1500 dollar turbo kit on it and run those times with tuning on 10 pounds. And it will be A LOT more fun to drive.

The b16b is a real fun engine, if you have the money go for it but i would rather do a much cheaper gsr swap and put the rest of the money you would have spent on the b16b into the head.
