for the rears you turn it to get it back in. You do NOT want your ebrake on when doing this. If you are doing the front, you really should just go get a c clamp, that is really the easiest way to do it. You wont be getting it in by hand.

Helping people today cause I'm snowed in. Third person today.
Do not bleed your brakes. It will be much more work to get the air out of your brake lines after you finish your brake pads then to just go get a C-Clamp or Brake Service Kit.
Do yourself a favor and get a large C-Clamp from Home Depot, Sears or a Brake Service Kit from your local auto store.
Here's how to use the C-Clamp:

Here's a Brake Pad Service Kit (Same function but this tool goes on the inside of the caliper):

Next time try to find some guides before you attempt anything on your own.
FRONT BRAKES - Use the c clamp, and open the master cylinder cap. If you're to compress the piston, you've gotta move fluid. If the cap is on, you won't be moving shitl.
REAR BRAKES - Use a screw driver and turn the piston. Check on team-integra.net for the direction you need to turn it.
Let's hope you didn't try to use a c-clamp on the rear brakes.

use a C-Clamp for the front to push the piston in. Use the screw driver method to turn the piston in on the rear calipers.
There is no other way to push those pistons in on the front calipers. Go buy a C-Clamp.
