Default H&R Coilovers, or any other ones with similar scenario

I have a set of H&R coilovers on my Integra Sedan. The Car currently sits with the tires right above the fender with about 1/4 of an inch gap.

The front shocks are adjusted .75 inches from the base of the threaded section of the shock body. The rear shocks are adjusted nearly 1.75 inches up from the base of the threaded section on the shock body.

I dont have many more threads to go up and adjust in the rear and i'd like ro raise it up a tad more. Can anyone suggest what might be the problem or a remedy?
