i got a 93 prelude wit a automatic trans. when im on the highway going a steady lets say 70mph and then try and punch it i start to feel the engine hesitating. i can get to higher speeds but not smoothly without it hesitating like it doesnt want to. anybody have any ideas what it could be?

any input would be great!!!

That would be the new devices they put in cars to keep ricers under the speed limit. Its for safety - so don't worry about it.
