i install my b&m fuel regulator and adjust it, when took the vacumn hose off for WOT adjustment the arrow jump up and down from like 50-52 psi constantly and it doesn't jump with hose connected thought. is this normal?

 

Hm. Fuel pressure is no set value - so one could assume thats fine; however, the spring should not be fluctuating like that.
