accord chipped ecu
i have a f22 sohc vtec motor in a 95 accord 4 door. Motor is stock, intake, full greddy exhaust. i was looking at getting a chipped ecu for my car. My question is.... Is it worth it does it actully make a difference? it says it ups the vtec power band and the limiter and im sure you guys know what i mean. but should i get one? is so what kind should i look for? or if not what should the first thing i should do to up the motor a reasonable difference besides turbo, supercharger, h22. thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
removing the rev limiter is a bad thing...I would not advise it unless your engine is built enough to handle it.
Moving the V-tec to a lower point may kill your power at lower rpm....becareful with that..

that about covers it. the chips arent worth it and can really mess stuff up. spend it on suspension or a header.
