my car is a POS so someone please tell me what is wrong this time

i think i have a few ideas on what i wrong because well ive replaced about everything else, anyways around 3.5 or 4 on the tach it begins to bogg and more or less doesnt go any higher, so i shift, everything is fine until the same place on the tach....any ideas?
your chip in your ecu is probably loose check it out if it is just spread the pins out a little don't be too forceful or it will break

Checked that, not the problem, i noticed lately it was leaking oil.

Live in florida, distrib and cap rotor was replaced already, new one not a used.

what kinda car and what engine are you using?
If you just did the swap and you messed with your TPS sensor, then check tht first, you may need to adjust.
Are you having high idle and your idle goes up and down slowly. Not really like a vac leak but it just occasionally moves?
Does it kind of surge before hand like its bogging? If all those symtoms are tru, first check your TPS and make sure its adjusted correctly. Then if not that, check your map sensor vac source. Make sure you seeing 20' vac....

Also check this out, I had this issue with an engine a while ago. It turned out to be that the cat was clogged and one of the O2 sensors was cracked, check those out.
