i have a tial 38mm waste gate and a turbo xs high performance boost controller. please tell me how i hook it up.

im to side port of waste gate. im to side port of boost controller. bottom of boost controller to top of waste gate

Bottom should go to your IM and the side should go to your WG.

edit: I misread your post. I have the standad version. on me.

If it's setup like mine it should have 1 nipple with a large opening and 1 nipple with a pin-sized opening (if the main design is the same.)

The large hole gets connected to the intake manifold and the smaller one gets connected to the wastegate (assuming it's the same bleeder-style boost controller I have. on that bleeder design w/ the conical screw design. Wish I had just made my own.)

 

i have the high performance one which is a bleader valve and a ball and spring??
i still dont know how to hook it up
so i run a vacuum line from the intake manifold to both the waste gate and to the boost controller.
does the bottom of the boost controller go to the top of the wastegate. i heard the top of the waste gate is only for electronic boost controlers

Does the boost controller have two nipples? One with a big opening and one with a small opening?

If so the nipple with the big opening gets connected to your intake manifold and the small one gets connected to your wastegate.

No, the wastegate does not get connected directly to the intake manifold.

Your first vacuum line should go from your Intake manifold to your boost controller, and then a 2nd line goes from the boost controller to the wastegate.

It'll go:
-Intake manifold- Vacuum line- Boost Controller (big end),
-Boost controller (small end)- Vacuum line- Wastegate
