what a PITA that was. i got the beaks kit btw. anyways it took my dad and i 5 hours to put that piece on. it was so freaking hard getting 6 of those nuts off, they had four tack welds on those nuts and the spots bled together. that was so freaking hard, so we ended up drilling out the last one so we didn't screw up the sheet metal. after all those nuts were out though smooth-ish sailing from there. howd you guys take those nuts out? also for those of you who said it took two hours how did you do it? i followed all the instructions and used a chisel and a hammer and then i tried beating the nut off there with the screw threaded halfway. but all that work paid off in the end. NOTICEABLE differences were felt, most importantly the increase in oversteer, hooray for me.

 

a flat head and a hammer. thats how i got those welded nuts off. damn it seriously took you 5 hours? didn't even take my friend and i an hour to install his.

 

I know when I took the one bolt off my LCA arm by mistake, that was welded on (and that I shouldn't have taken off in the end), it didnt take much force at all. Just a 1/2inch ratchet...
