would this blot up on my exhuast without any modifications?

If it is a USDM ITR exhaust manifold, and your GS-R is a 2000 or 2001 model, it will bolt right on.

It will bolt up, but you will need a custom collector.
I believe the ITR is 2.5", so you need a collector that goes from 2.5" to your piping...

Yep, if you are running a JDM 4-1 ITR header, you are going to have to get a 2.5" flange welded to your cat, since the collector on the JDM header is 2.5".
