d16a6 into EF civic hatch?

Hey guys quick question... im a b series guy but just wandering the difficulty of puting a d16a6 into an ef hatch? any info at all apreciated thanks.

one more t hing.. the civic is a 4 spd atm does it matter im putn a 5 spd tranny in it? Thanks
