S2K Filter on 95 GSR
The S2K (15400-PCX-004) was also used in our Tegs originally, till about 1999~2000. That's when Honda decided to go to a one size fit most Honda vehicles.
The current smaller and longer size Honda filters is manufactured by two different folks, one is Canadian, the other is the USA.
On the other hand, the S2K is made in Japan to Honda specs. There is also an after market oil filter made in japan and in most cases, may cost up to $5.00 less then the S2K oil filters.
It's called the HAMP (H1540-PBF-004), which can usally be purchased on line 6 or more at a time for the best discounts.

Oh' I drive a 1995 DB85, and I've been using S2K oil filters since I purchased it back 7 years ago. The original owner also uesd the (15400-PCX-004) before he sold it to me.
I purchase my S2K oil filters at my local Honda dealership four at a time with crush washers for a little discount...
Peace,
TQ

Slo Cord, check the Idenification Number, should read (15400-PCX-004) on the oil filter if it's for a S2K.
If so, then there should no problems with the fit. I have an S2K ID number (15400-PCX-004) oil filter in my 95 GS-R sedan, with no issues what so ever. As I stated in my first post, I've been using S2K oil filters for about seven years now...
