I was wondering if anyone can answer my simple question. I live in Milwaukee and every year I have to get an emissions test for my car. I want to put a 1996 JDM motor into my car but fear emissions problems in the long run. Is it possible to use a Different ECU maybe from AEM and tune it to pass emissions or am I screwed and stuck with a USDM motor?
