Default D-Jac intake

I just saw this on AJ Racing and I've never heard of this company before. Is this manufactured by ARC?

Hey this is weird, but I was just taking a **** right? While doing that I was reading through those JDM CIVIC REV something mags and I saw an add for a company called D-Force, then I looked below it and saw another company called AJ-Racing. I guess they're the same thing. But hey who cares, they're JDM!!!
